Daytona 500 Qualifying

Always a bridesmaid and never a bride. That seems to be the motto of Mark Martin. Today, though, he showed that you can never take it for granted that he will be second. Today at the Daytona 500 qualifying session, Mark Martin beat out the fan favorite, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. for the pole position, making Martin the oldest pole sitter at the Daytona 500. Congratulations to Mark Martin and also to Junior, whose looking forward to a much better year and getting an early start on it.
